Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, let us know at least 5 days in advance so that the time slot can be opened in time for another interested customer. Payments made to reserve the timeslot will be reimbursed accordingly. If the cancelation is less than 3 days in advance of the booked date, a reimbursement of payment will not be made. Contact the NPMS management for discussion regarding any special consideration on this policy. Thank you for this courtesy.
