CUT & RESTORED ROPE TRICK
This is one of two classic rope tricks in magic that even the beginner to magic can master in minutes. You show a length of rope to be solid and in tact. The center of the rope is looped into your hand and the center is cut to make two ropes. After a few magic words (or wooful dust if you are the silent type) and the rope is restored to its original condition!

MANY CUT ROPE MYSTERY
The magician shows a rope about six feet long in length. The rope is casually looped into the left hand after displaying its length and folding it in half. A scissors is now picked up with the right hand and begins to cut the rope, not once, but two or three times with pieces of rope dropping to the floor. The left hand then throws the rope up into the air. As the magician catches it, it is seen to be restored into one piece! Now throw the rope to the audience and let them examine it all they want.
The Many Cut Rope Mystery is easy to perform, but like other good tricks, requires some  practice to perfect and maximize it's effect.
