A chosen and signed card is shuffled into a deck. The deck is then placed at the base of a stand with a balloon attached to it. When the balloon is broken by any means desired, the chosen card is seen in it's place attached to the balloon stand!
Everything you need is included except a bridge size deck of playing cards and balloons.
