Three cards are shown to a spectator who is requested to think of any one of them.
They are now placed in your EMPTY right pocket. Two of the three cards are removed and placed face down on the table. You now state that the mentally selected card remains in your pocket. the spectator names their card upon which you immediately withdraw it from your pocket!
The pocket can be shown empty both before and after the trick. Only three cards are used. No sleight of hand manipulations.
